The GS15B(GS-15B) tetrode is used for wideband power amplification at frequencies up to 1000 MHz in RF equipment.
In spite of its maximum frequency ratings, this tube produces 280W output at 23cm without any sign of thermal drift!

Typical use would be transmitters in stations a data communication up to 1000.0 MHz. Designed Tube Life (hours)>2500. GS15B(GS-15B) is very reliable and robust! The Amplifier has the ultracompact size.For GS15B(GS-15B) usually is not used Socket. For frequencies below 500 MHz,tube is simply inserted the Grid 1 in metal of body PA.The modern tubes in Your amplifier!
